Zesty Lime Shrimp and Avocado Salad

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, honey, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the bowl, tossing gently to coat evenly.
Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
