Zesty Italian Pasta Salad with Pepperoni and Salami

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tricolored pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
Chop the Ingredients: Dice the red bell pepper, finely chop the red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the pepperoni and salami into bite-sized pieces.
Combine Everything: In a large bowl, add the cooked and cooled pasta, chopped veggies, pepperoni, salami, and cubed cheese.
Add the Dressing: Pour the Zesty Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Season & Chill: Add salt to taste and mix again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve & Enjoy: Give the pasta salad a final toss before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
