Yummy Pineapple Fudge: A Tropical Twist on Classic Fudge

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
Melt the White Chocolate:

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Add Pineapple and Flavor:

Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, remove it from the heat. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
Pour into the Pan:

Pour the pineapple fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Chill and Set:

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm enough to cut into squares. The longer you let it chill, the better the texture will be.
Serve:

Once set, cut the fudge into squares or bars. Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
