Add the sautéed onion and garlic mixture evenly over the vegetable layers.
5️⃣ Add the Feta and Crème Fraîche:
Crumble the feta cheese and scatter it over the top of the vegetables.
Pour the crème fraîche evenly over the gratin, covering the vegetables.
6️⃣ Bake the Gratin:
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
