White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Set aside.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
Step 3: Add Flavor
Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt (if using) to enhance the flavor. Mix until fully incorporated.
Step 4: Pour and Set
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
If desired, sprinkle your choice of crushed nuts, sprinkles, or dried fruit on top.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
Step 5: Slice and Serve
Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper (if used) and cut it into small squares.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
