We make this every year during Thanksgiving and Christmas. It’s always a hit

Ingredients
2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
2 grapefruits, peeled and segmented
2 cups of pineapples
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the orange and grapefruit segments, pineapple chunks, pomegranate seeds, and toasted almonds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy

3. Drizzle the creamy dressing over the fruit and greens mixture, and gently toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
