Very Easy Lemon Cake


Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round or rectangular baking pan.

Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until fluffy and well combined. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, vegetable oil, and milk, and mix until smooth.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and stir until the batter is smooth.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the surface. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
