Velveeta Beef Bowtie Pasta: A Creamy, Comforting Meal

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 10-12 minutes, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Make the Cheese Sauce:

Reduce the heat to low. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese, milk, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Combine the Pasta and Sauce:

Add the drained bowtie pasta to the skillet, stirring to combine the pasta with the creamy cheese sauce and beef mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until everything is well coated.
Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve the Velveeta Beef Bowtie Pasta hot, and enjoy!
