Blend the Hummus:
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and fresh dill. Blend until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Season:
Taste the hummus and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Blend again to incorporate the seasonings.
Serve:
Transfer the hummus to a bowl and garnish with fresh dill sprigs and lemon slices or wedges for a pop of color and extra flavor.
