Valentine’s Day Nutella Cookie Pie

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a pie dish or round baking pan.

Prepare the Cookie Dough:
Roll out the refrigerated cookie dough into the prepared baking dish, pressing it evenly along the bottom and sides to form a crust.

Add Nutella Filling:
Spread Nutella evenly over the cookie dough crust. Use a spatula to smooth it into a thin layer, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.

Top with Toppings:
Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips evenly over the Nutella layer. If you’re using crushed hazelnuts, sprinkle them on top as well for an added crunch.

Bake the Cookie Pie:
Bake the cookie pie in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the cookie crust is golden brown and the edges are slightly crispy. The center should still be a little soft and gooey.

Cool and Serve:
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This dessert is perfect warm, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled!
