Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the Batter:
In a bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and half of the nuts.
Bake the Brownies:
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
Add Marshmallows:
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle ½ cup mini marshmallows on top. Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
Make the Chocolate Glaze:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, butter, and cream, stirring constantly until smooth.
Assemble the Topping:
Let brownies cool slightly, then drizzle glaze evenly over the marshmallow layer. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Cool and Serve:
Allow to fully cool before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy every gooey, crunchy bite!
