Preheat & Prep – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the Steak & Veggies – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft. Add the thinly sliced steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and tender. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Crescent Dough – Unroll the crescent dough triangles and arrange them in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping slightly with the pointed ends facing outward.
Assemble the Crescent Ring – Layer half of the provolone cheese over the dough. Spoon the cooked steak and veggie mixture evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining provolone slices.
Fold & Seal – Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling, tucking them underneath the ring to secure everything in place. Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy – Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with a side of cheese sauce or your favorite dip!
