Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with Crispy Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 2: Shape and Cook the Burgers
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Do not overmix.
Shape into 4 equal patties, slightly larger than the buns (they will shrink when cooked).
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Step 3: Assemble the Burgers
Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom buns.
Layer with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion rings.
Place the cheeseburger patty on top, followed by two slices of crispy bacon.
Cover with the top bun and press gently.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Serve the bacon cheeseburgers with the crispy fries on the side. Enjoy immediately!
