Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce:
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, and crumbled feta (if using).
Drizzle with some of the tzatziki sauce and toss to coat the salad evenly.
Serve:
Plate the salad and top with the sliced chicken. Drizzle with more tzatziki sauce and serve immediately.
