Turkey Meatball Casserole

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, diced onion, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the almond milk and mix everything together until fully incorporated.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in size.
Step 2: Bake the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Step 3: Prepare the Casserole
While the meatballs bake, pour some of the Raos sauce (or your preferred sauce) into a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Once the meatballs are done, arrange them in the pan over the sauce.
Pour the remaining sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well-coated.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
Step 4: Bake the Casserole
Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 5: Serve
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
