Tremendous Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles

In a large skillet, brown the beef stew meat over medium-high heat. This helps lock in the flavor.
Once browned, transfer the meat to the crockpot.
Add the chopped onion on top of the beef.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and onions in the crockpot, stirring to combine.
Step 3: Slow Cook
Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and fully cooked through.
Stir occasionally, if possible, to make sure the beef cooks evenly and the sauce thickens.
Step 4: Cook the Noodles
About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
Drain the noodles and set aside.
Step 5: Combine and Serve
Once the beef is tender, serve the beef and sauce mixture over the cooked noodles.
Stir gently to combine everything and ensure the noodles are coated with the rich sauce.
