Title: Roasted Garlic Spinach White Pizza

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
Infuse the olive oil: In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly golden. Remove from heat.
Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. If using a pizza stone, dust a pizza peel with cornmeal to prevent sticking, and place the rolled-out dough on it. Alternatively, place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Assemble the pizza: Brush the garlic-infused olive oil over the entire surface of the pizza dough. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, followed by a layer of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Add toppings: Top with fresh spinach leaves and sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.
Bake the pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
