In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
4. Mix & Fold
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
If using, fold in chopped nuts or raisins.
5. Bake
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Cool & Enjoy
Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack.
