Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the Meatloaf Base:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Shape and Prepare:
Transfer the mixture to your loaf pan or shape it by hand on a lined baking sheet. Smooth out the top.
Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar (or honey), mustard, and vinegar. Spread half over the meatloaf.
Bake:
Bake for 45–55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). About halfway through baking, spread the remaining glaze on top.
Rest Before Serving:
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes after baking for easy slicing and maximum juiciness.
