Day 1:
Cabbage Soup: Eat as much as you want.

Other Foods: Fruit (except bananas). You can have watermelon, apples, or any other fruit you prefer.

Day 2:
Cabbage Soup: Eat as much as you want.

Other Foods: Vegetables. You can have all kinds of vegetables (except corn, peas, and beans). You can also have a baked potato with butter for dinner.

Day 3:

Other Foods: Fruit and vegetables (excluding bananas and potatoes). No baked potato today.

Day 4:
Cabbage Soup: Eat as much as you want.

Other Foods: Bananas (up to 3) and skim milk (you can have up to 3 glasses of milk).

Day 5:

Day 6:
