The Cabbage Soup Diet: Lose 4 Kg in a Week

Day 6:
Eat: Cabbage soup, lean beef or chicken, and vegetables (especially leafy greens).

Drink: Water, tea, or black coffee.

Day 7:
Eat: Cabbage soup, brown rice, vegetables, and fruit juice (without added sugar).

Drink: Water, tea, or black coffee.
