Texas Roadhouse Butter Chicken Skillet

Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce for 2-3 minutes.

Add the Cream and Cheese:
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy, about 3-4 minutes.

Combine Chicken and Sauce:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it in the creamy sauce. Let everything simmer together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak in the flavors.

Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
