Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Foil Packets: A Sweet and Savory Grilled Delight

Preheat the Grill or Oven – Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Foil Packets – Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil.
Prepare the Chicken – In a small bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the teriyaki mixture.
Assemble the Packets – Place a chicken breast in the center of each piece of foil. Surround with pineapple chunks, sliced bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and green onions. Drizzle with any remaining teriyaki sauce.
Seal the Packets – Fold the sides of the foil over the ingredients and crimp the edges tightly to seal the packets.
Cook – Grill the packets for 25-30 minutes or bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Serve – Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam) and serve the chicken and veggies hot.
