Tender Squid with Potatoes, Zucchini, and Pecorino

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a baking dish, layer the cooked potatoes and zucchini at the bottom.

Add the cooked squid on top of the vegetables.

Sprinkle the grated Pecorino cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the squid and vegetables.

Bake:

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve immediately and enjoy the tender squid with the flavorful potatoes, zucchini, and cheesy breadcrumb topping.
