Tea Masala Recipe

A flavorful, aromatic masala that adds warmth and spice to your tea. This blend of dried ginger, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, and nutmeg creates a perfect balance of flavors for your tea!

Ingredients:
Dried ginger – 100g

Cardamom – 50g

Black pepper – 50g

Cinnamon – 25g

Cloves (Long) – 25g

Fennel seeds – 25g

Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp

Basil leaves (Tulsi leaves) – 10-12 leaves

Dry rose petals (optional) – For a floral hint (optional)

Method:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Cut the dried ginger into small pieces.

Heat a pan on medium flame and begin dry roasting the ginger pieces. Continue roasting until the moisture evaporates, and they become dry. Transfer the ginger pieces to a plate to cool.
