Tasty Diet Cookies with Oats and Apples in 5 Minutes! No Sugar, No Flour, No Butter!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, combine the grated apple, plum butter, and egg (or flaxseed egg). Mix well until smooth.

Combine the Dry Ingredients:

In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, baking powder, and salt.

Mix Everything Together:

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.

Form the Cookies:

Scoop spoonfuls of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon to form cookie shapes.

Bake:

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown on the edges.

Cool and Serve:

Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy your healthy, tasty cookies!
