Sweetly Baked Apples with Goat Cheese, Honey & Cranberries


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare Filling:
In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, dried cranberries, honey, and cinnamon. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Stuff Apples:
Place the cored apples upright in the prepared baking dish. Stuff each apple with the goat cheese mixture. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top if using.

Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the apples are soft and tender but still hold their shape.

Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with additional honey before serving for a glossy, sweet finish.
