While the chicken simmers, melt butter in a separate pan.
Toast the cut sides of the bread or buns until golden and crisp.
Assemble the Sandwiches:
Pile a generous portion of pulled BBQ chicken onto each toasted bun.
Add optional toppings like pickles, coleslaw, or sliced onions if desired.
Close with the top bun and serve warm.
