Cook the Noodles – Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
Combine Everything – Return the cooked chicken to the pot and stir to coat in the sauce. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and stir it into the dish. Let simmer for 2 more minutes.
Garnish & Serve – Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
