Sweet & Crunchy Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Pizza Dough

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit the size of your baking sheet (about 12 inches in diameter).
Place the rolled dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3: Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping

In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the melted butter evenly over the pizza dough, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered dough, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
Step 4: Bake the Pizza

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy, and the cinnamon-sugar topping has melted into the dough.
Keep an eye on it to avoid over-baking, as the sugar can burn easily.
Step 5: Prepare the Glaze
While the pizza is baking, mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make a smooth glaze. Adjust the milk if needed to get the desired consistency (thicker for drizzling, thinner for spreading).

Step 6: Serve

Once the pizza is baked and golden, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm pizza or cut the pizza into slices first and then drizzle with glaze.
Slice into wedges and enjoy!
