Sweet and Zesty Honey Orange Shrimp: A Quick and Flavorful Delight

Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Toss them with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Cook the Shrimp:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and slightly crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Honey Orange Glaze:

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in honey, orange juice, soy sauce, orange zest, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Finish:

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them in the glaze. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Serve:

Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
