Sweet and Spicy Korean Chicken

Prepare the Chicken: If you’re starting with boneless chicken, cut it into bite-sized pieces. You can use chicken breasts or thighs depending on your preference.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Korean red pepper paste (gochujang) and toasted sesame oil. Mix well to form a smooth sauce.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

Coat the Chicken: Once the chicken is fully cooked, reduce the heat to medium and pour the sweet and spicy sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly as it cooks with the chicken for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve: Serve the chicken hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
