Sweet and Spicy Honey Pepper Chicken with Creamy Macaroni Cheese

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Glaze the Chicken: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them in the honey-pepper glaze. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize on the chicken.
For the Creamy Macaroni Cheese:
Cook the Pasta: Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cheese Sauce: In a separate pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a roux.
Add Milk: Slowly pour in milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Add Cheese: Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine: Add the drained macaroni to the sauce and stir to combine, ensuring the pasta is evenly coated.
