Place the lobster tails meat-side down and grill for 4-5 minutes, flipping once, until the meat is opaque and tender.

Arrange the steaks and lobster tails on a plate.
Garnish with chopped parsley and chili flakes, and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness.
