In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the shrimp, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Steak:
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the thinly sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the steak is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Burritos:
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
In the center of each tortilla, layer 1/4 cup of cooked rice, a spoonful of black beans (if using), a few pieces of shrimp, and a few slices of steak.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
Wrap the Burritos:
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it up tightly, making sure to keep the fillings inside.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with salsa and hot sauce on the side if desired.
