Surf and Turf Burrito: A Flavorful Combination of Shrimp and Steak!

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Steak
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add the thinly sliced steak and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked to your liking. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Burritos
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
In the center of each tortilla, layer the following ingredients:
A scoop of cooked rice
A few spoonfuls of black beans (optional)
A portion of cooked shrimp
A portion of cooked steak
A few slices of avocado
A sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese
A dollop of sour cream
Step 4: Roll and Serve
Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly into a burrito.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with salsa and hot sauce on the side if desired.
