Supreme Pork Chops: A Deliciously Simple Recipe

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Heat the Pan:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the pork chops in the skillet. Avoid overcrowding the pan; you may need to cook them in batches.

Cook the Pork Chops:
Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer—it should reach 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare. For well-done, cook a little longer.

Rest the Pork Chops:
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. This helps the juices redistribute, keeping the meat tender and juicy.

Serve:
Serve the pork chops hot, and pair them with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
