Super Soft Vanilla Muffins – Simple and Fluffy Every Time


Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and sugar until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.

Optional Add-Ins: If using raisins or chocolate chips, gently fold them in at this point.

Bake: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake Time: Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool: Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
