Super Moist Vanilla & Chocolate Marble Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or bundt pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sweetener until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.

Step 2: Create the Marble Effect
Divide the batter in half. In a small bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and hot water until smooth.

Stir the cocoa mixture into one half of the batter until fully incorporated.

Alternate spoonfuls of vanilla and chocolate batter into the prepared pan. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the batters together for a marbled effect.

Step 3: Bake the Cake
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 4: Add the Chocolate Glaze (Optional)
Heat the heavy cream until steaming (not boiling). Pour over the sugar-free chocolate chips and let sit for a minute.

Stir until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract.

Drizzle over the cooled cake and let set before slicing.
