Super Crispy Garlic Potato Chips with Garlic Cheese Sauce

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Slice the potatoes into very thin rounds (use a mandoline for even slices).

In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Arrange the slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

2️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Cheese Sauce:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.

Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until thickened.

Add the cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

3️⃣ Serve and Enjoy!
Drizzle the garlic cheese sauce over the crispy potato chips or serve as a dipping sauce.

Garnish with extra oregano or fresh parsley for extra flavor.
