Sugar-Free Valentine Crinkle Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and monk fruit sweetener until well combined.

Add milk, applesauce, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

If making a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Scoop the dough and roll it into small balls. Roll each ball in powdered erythritol to create the crinkle effect.

Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until set.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
