Sugar-Free Cocoa Banana Oatmeal Bars

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking pan (around 8×8 inches) with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mash the Bananas:
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. If you want a sweeter taste, use very ripe bananas, as they naturally add more sweetness.

Combine Ingredients:
Add the oats, cocoa powder, vanilla extract (if using), and cinnamon (optional) to the mashed bananas. Stir everything together until well combined. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash of water or almond milk to help combine the ingredients.

Bake the Bars:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to golden, and the center feels firm when pressed.

Cool and Slice:
Let the bars cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares. They’ll firm up as they cool, making them easy to handle.
