Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Coat the Peanuts:
Add the roasted salted peanuts to the melted chocolate and stir to coat them evenly.
Chill:
Spoon the chocolate-covered peanuts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure they’re spaced apart.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens completely.
Serve:
Once set, you can enjoy your chocolate peanuts right away, or store them in an airtight container.
