Stuffed Seafood Bread Bowl

Carefully hollow out the inside of the sourdough bread bowl. Leave a sturdy shell to hold all the seafood filling. You can save the removed bread pieces for dipping later.
Make the Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, stirring until well blended. Then, add the shredded mozzarella cheese, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Incorporate Seafood:

Gently fold the chopped shrimp and lump crab meat into the creamy mixture, ensuring the seafood is evenly coated without breaking it apart too much.
Fill the Bread Bowl:

Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl, packing it in evenly for a well-filled and hearty presentation.
