Stuffed Pasta Shells with Meat Sauce and Mozzarella

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Add the garlic, crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Prepare the Stuffing Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta shells, meat sauce, and the beaten egg. Mix well to combine.

Stuff the Shells:
Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the meat sauce mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Add the Cheese:
Top each stuffed shell with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley for added color and freshness. Serve hot and enjoy!
