Stuffed Mozzarella Bacon Bombs

Prepare the Mozzarella Cubes – Cut the mozzarella block into 1-inch cubes. If using the optional stuffing, gently press a small amount of shredded cheese and crumbled bacon or sausage onto each mozzarella cube.
Wrap with Bacon – Wrap each cheese cube tightly with a slice of bacon, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed. Secure with a toothpick.
Season – In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the wrapped bacon bombs.
Cook the Bacon Bombs
Air Fryer Method: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the bacon bombs in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bacon is crispy and golden.
Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bacon bombs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.
Prepare the Glaze (Optional) – In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey and balsamic vinegar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Drizzle over the bacon bombs.
Serve – Let them cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
