Stir Fry Pork Liver

Clean the pork liver and cut it into slices. Place it in a bowl and add the bottle of beer to help remove any fishy smell. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Marinate the Liver:

After the alcohol in the beer has evaporated, remove the pork liver from the beer. Add shredded ginger, black pepper, soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Stir-Fry the Pork Liver:

Heat a pan with the appropriate amount of oil. Once the oil is hot, add minced garlic and chopped chili pepper. Stir-fry briefly to release their flavors.
Cook the Liver:

Add the marinated pork liver to the pan and stir-fry quickly. Once the liver changes color, add soy sauce for seasoning.
Finish and Serve:

After the liver is cooked through, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
