Sticky Honey Garlic Steak and Rotini

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with butter and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Combine & Serve:

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss in the sauce until well coated.
Serve the steak over the buttery Parmesan rotini.
