Sticky BBQ Glazed Beef Bites

Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes, trimming any excess fat.
Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the beef cubes to the pan in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your pan.
3. Make the BBQ Glaze:
While the beef is cooking, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir the sauce occasionally and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly and becomes glossy.
4. Glaze the Beef:
Once the beef is cooked, pour the BBQ glaze over the beef cubes in the skillet.
Toss the beef cubes in the glaze to coat them evenly. Let them cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the glaze to become sticky and caramelized.
5. Serve:
Transfer the beef bites to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
