Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Make the Shrimp & Lobster Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and lobster meat to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring to combine.
Season with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Stir in the fresh parsley just before serving.
Serve:
Plate the steaks and top with the shrimp and lobster sauce.
Garnish with additional fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
